My buddy and I spent a full day (8:00am - 5:00pm) on Slaughter Lake, and once we figured them out, had a blast!  We caught nearly 20 fish (culled 3) between the two of us and almost all on frogs!  4.6, 4.3, 3.3, 3.2, 3.1 were the 5 biggest, but the biggest on the day went airborne and spit a frog half-way to the boat.  Awesome video!  Basically anywhere there was grass sticking out of the water, the fish were there and hammering the frogs.  If they missed the frog, we followed up with a trick worm, senko, or curly tail and the hit it.  Caught several on shad colored cranks, and even caught several crappie (one huge crappie).  We also used the larger 13ft aluminum boat on-site, and it was great!  No problems.  All-in-all, a great day at Slaughter Lake!
