It was a beautiful day to be on the lake, weather was perfect.

The concrete boat ramp is wonderful for unloading and loading our kayak.

This property is perfect for kayak fishing!

We managed to catch about a dozen fish between us today which included a large catfish and a extremely large crappie!

We removed three under slot sized bass and the catfish.

We caught a couple good sized largemouth bass. Baits of choice were swim baits, chatter baits and drop shot. All baits were handmade.

This property is beautiful, the owner keeps it well maintained and super clean.

All fish are very colorful and healthy looking.

Property is easy to get to and close to the DFW area. Will definitely be back!
