Arrived at Rock Chimney for an afternoon of fishing at around 3:00 and fished till dark. Ended up catching 30 bass and 1 large bluegill. Hard baits that produced were jerkbaits and squarebills both in a bluegill pattern. Weightless watermelon lizards and Texas rigged green pumpkin z craws also caught lots of fish. We had the most luck on the bank between the boat ramp and the creek as well as the point across from the boat ramp. All fish were caught close to the bank. Most fish were above 2lbs and only caught a couple of really small ones. We did not have much luck up the larger of the two creeks like our last trip. Guess the water has just gotten a little too low. Water clarity was good and the fish were biting throughout the afternoon.
