Bass and crappie were biting ahead of the recent front.  Got in a couple of hours of good fishing prior to the front moving through and shutting down the bite.  Best bite was near the island.  Almost all of the harvest bass were larger than 12 inches.  The front dropped the temperature by 20 degrees in  about 10 minutes.  The resident eagles put on a good show!
