Fished from 8am to 5:30pm under cloudy misty skies with wind north from 8 to 12 mph.The water was clear to 3 or 4 feet with the vegetation getting a good start but nothing reaching the surface yet.

Caught 52 bass total with 36 removed and 16 returned. The largest was 4 lbs and the next to that was 2 1/2 lbs. Most of the ones removed were in the 12" to 13" size group. The bass were mostly in the 6" to 3' depth range.  I had luck with spinner and chatter bait early then lizards and yum dinger both weightless and texas rig.Used watermelon seed and marti gras colors and tried pumpkin with no luck.
