Ron and I fought the wind from 8 am to 6 pm. Caught 55 bass from dink to about 4 lbs, many around brush piles, most in 4-10 feet of water. Caught crappie on crankbaits on brush piles and on the ledge out from the pier.  Weather was blustery 50-70 degrees, up and down like a yoyo depending on if the sun was out and the wind was blowing at its hardest, which was about 15 mph. Saw many deer on the roads coming in and out, and three bald eagles arguing over a nest in the woods opposite the pier. They are some loud birds! Sqwawk!
