My friend Michael and I caught a bunch of fish Sunday from 12:30-4:30. It was windy and overcast and we caught bass and crappie with a variety of lures all over the lake.  The bigger bass to 3 1/2 came near the dam but we caught the most fish in areas protected from the wind.  The number of culls vs throwbacks was very good on this outing as we caught nearly twice as many over the cull limit as under.  We wanted to help continue reaching the harvest objectives for this lake but we almost couldn't catch a cull until we downsized lures.  Once we went back to full sized lures and techniques we caught almost all 14-17 inch fish.
