Fished this afternoon on Malouf and had a great afternoon.  Hooked 21 bass and landed 19 most with a 5 wt. fly rod.  It was a beautiful afternoon and the fishing was way better than what I was expecting.  I caught most of the fish on the launch side of the lake between the trees and the shore but I also caught fish here and there all over the lake.  12 of the fish were keeper sized up to 3 plus pounds and only 7 were cull sized.  Just a great way to spend a Friday the 13th and luck seemed to be on my side today.
