Very nice property with excellent roads and maintenance.   Fished Mesquite Ridge 7 am -2 pm.    Water clear.  Nice mix of coontail and pond weed but fishable.

32 bass.  Didn’t weigh them but estimate (10) 4-5+ #,  (3) under 14” and the rest (19) 2-3 #.   All on a bluegill jackhammer with fluke trailer, except (1) on magnum fluke and (1) on senko.  All bass very healthy and chunky.

Checked out Bluebonnet but did not fish it.  As described, lots of vegetation and shallow water.   Looking forward to fishing it next year.

Bristol sushi was very good.  Real deal.  The couple that own it are a hoot  Brought home sushi for the GF.  Points scored.  Off the hook fishing.  Great day.
