I enjoy the lake, just large enough that I feel it's still a puzzle to work out.  Summer has reduced catch rate during the day, but early morning was nice.  Caght the 2.5# first cast at the dock.  Caught 3 total in first 30 minutes, and the rest spread out in random places.

Last trip out I found a snake coiled up under the boat, I had apaprently walked over it pushing the boat down.  FYI, beware snakes, they weren't kidding!  2 dinks harvested.
