First I must say this is definitely a remote property. Started fishing around 7am and the first cast landed a 8 inch prize bass.  After that I was able to pull in 3 more on the old plopper but none were even a Lb.  I switched to a black spinner bait with Colorado copper blades and found a 3lb er along the dam.  After my wrist got tired of reeling I switched to plastics.  Nothing hit the Texas or Carolina rigs but the pumpkin colored Senko was the answer.  On the first cast I nailed a 3lb then a 5lb  followed.  But that was it for anything of size on the Senko.  Did get one decent one to hit a frog way back at the end of the lake.  Then at 2:30 the skies opened up and I scrambled to get off the water.   Seemed to be plenty of fish in the lake and would have been fun to see what would have happened if the rain would have stopped.
