My sons and I had a great day at Gallant Elm Creek Ranch. We started fishing about 8:00, took a midday break, and stopped about 6:00. It was very windy, so we stayed in the sheltered parts of the lake. Water was super clear. Our best luck was with 4” Senko’s, in blue pearl/hologram, Texas rigged. Also did well in the deeper parts of the lake, using Rat-L-Traps retrieved slowly. Beautiful lake! We will be back!

Phillip,
Thanks for your first fishing report. This lake produced a 14 lb bass caught by a member in the early 2000's. I can't find the pic anymore. But, likely the largest bass ever reported out of one of our club lakes.
Moreover, for my money, this lake is in the top 10 lakes in the club for its sheer beauty. Our San Antonio area members are blessed to have some of the most beautiful lakes in the club.
