Bank fished Friday morning May 31. Small fish were active at Golden Pond. Raymond joined me and we also fished KD Lake. He mentioned a nice one was taken there the previous week out of the boat. He also showed me the photo as well as a photo of a 24 incher taken out of Golden Pond. Hope springs eternal. We probably banked 15 or so with the one going 15 inches out of Golden Pond. They hit motor oil and chartreuse worms. I can get to the lake in 1 hour from my home which makes it attractive to me and Raymond is a perfect host.
