Lures Used : Whopper Plopper smoked shad, white lipless crank, wacky rigged senkos, a pink floating worm.

John Jones, Scott Balch and I fished Timberlake Sunday, June 2nd.  It was an almost perfect weather day.  There was a high cloud cover and almost no wind.

The early morning bite was mostly a topwater bite with a lot of those coming on Whopper Ploppers.  I threw a hollow body frog to start, but couldn't get a hook up.  After the topwater bite went away we went with a variety of baits.  Plastics in the form of wacky rigged senkos, Lake Fork Hyper Sticks, creature baits, etc. did the trick but we had to work harder. The tree line/drop off located off the point of the lake toward the east side was where we had the most luck.
