Sorry Steve but I WS short on time and just gave the necessary details.    

Fished from 7-4.  Lake was full and the weeds really starting to develop and effect the fishing.                                           Top water bite was not there and I tried everything.   Caught a couple by the dam on crank baits but they were not much for size.   Caught a couple of 3.9 lbs on the shady side of stumps in the early afternoon.  Only baits that worked were Senkos (green/blue, green pumpkin and white) and the trusty Fluke.  Saw plenty of bait fish and it seemed the bass were well fed and not aggressively chasing meals like the past trips to this lake.
