The weather was perfect for fishing on Tuesday with a good friend at Jermar. We launched our kayaks at about 12:30 and started trying to pattern some fish. They seemed scattered and not really interested until about 4:00 when they turned on like somebody had flipped a switch. We finished the day with 49 fish total, almost all in the 2-3 lb range. These fish were healthy and strong and liked to fight.

Most of our fish were caught on junebug Senko rigged wacky and a junebug TR Baby Brush Hawg. We found them around the coontail islands out in the middle, on the marked brush-piles and along the dam.
