Four of us fished Cash Signal Ranch 3/25, great experience and some of the best fishing we've ever had!  Total fish caught for the four of us around 140 with largest at 7.5…and at max, only a handful of "dinks" out of the bunch.  Fish were healthy, strong and aggressive, most were caught on spinner bait (the morning bite was exceptional), senkos and shallow crank bait…one of the guys is a frog fanatic and he caught at least 10 on frog with one at 7lb.  Used the boats and did bank fishing, the lake setup is equally effective for both.  A lot of the fish under or hugging the bank weed line.

The property is really incredible, beautiful ranch and land, VERY nice looking lodging, great boats, unique bridge and just attention to detail in every aspect.  I'd be remiss if I didn't mention the outhouse..even if you don't have to go, you have to go, a very zen experience.
