I fished 9G for a second time 3/31. Of course I couldn't have had worse weather conditions, but 9G did what 9G does. I boated 20 fish, from 2-5.9lbs. All on moving baits, mainly a swim jig. the 5.9lb fish was full of eggs, but was not on a bed. I cruised the shallows, didn't see any bedding fish. I went out deep and threw a xd5 & 6, and drug a Carolina rig around with no luck. Water clarity is great, several feet. The grass is abundant below the surface. Both time I have fished here, has been in cold front, rainy, windy conditions, and still caught good fish. I'd love to fish this place with stable weather condtions.
