Had a slow fish day here today. Started early this morning, water temp 58 degrees and very calm much of the day. Tried a variety of lures with little success . Caught one harvest fish at 9:30 with a finess jig in 11 feet of water. Nothing else till about 2:30 when I went to the little lake that is reachable when the lake is high . Think its an old stock tank with about 11 feet of water. Caught 2 to 3 lbs on a jig and bladed jig. The water was extremely clear. I could see a number of bass swimming with no interest in my lures. Water temp 61 degrees at this location. Very tough day on this lake which is usually good.
