Wife and I fished Beaver Lake from about 3:00 to 6:30 on Sunday under cloudy skies and 48* to 50* temps with a N wind at about 8mph down to calm by 6PM. Water temp was 48* with about 5' of viz. Vegetation is still all submerged. Caught 13 bass all around 12'' long scattered throughout the lake but all away from shore and in about 7 FOW. Mostly on a suspending jerkbait with long pauses, but also one or two on a spinnerbait, a chatterbait, a curly-tail grub, a scrounger jig with a paddletail, and a lipless crankbait. Treated to a spectacular sunset as the lake turned glassy at sundown. Blessed to be out!
