Fished Tarpley from noon until around sunset. I was able to catch a total of 7 with 5 that I culled. The two that I returned were around 17”. 

Conditions. 

Water temp: 53 degrees 

Air temp: 55-70 degrees

clarity: at least 5 ft

Wind: steady but not strong

Caught most in 3-5 ft with the two keepers caught along the rock bank to the left of the launch area headed back toward the start of the creek.
