Was thinking of fishing Black Jack lake in Giddings. There were only about 5 or 6 fishing reports this year. Anyone have any information about this property. It is a beautiful property.

Black Jack Ranch in Giddings, TX is currently closed until February of 2019 due to excessive amounts of submerged vegetation covering more than %50 of the lake.
The lake would be very hard to fish in it’s current state and you will much happier fishing it in the spring after the vegetation dies this winter.
