Fished Bridal Springs this morning. Water is at least two feet low and about 85 degrees. Extremely clear. Aquatic growth is all over the lake and combined with low water levels in this already shallow lake made using the trolling motor very difficult. Did manage 12 bass to 3 lbs on frogs , buzzbait and TR weightless Senko. 2 culled. This is a beautiful property with lots of fish. I will probably wait for colder weather to reduce weed growth before I fish it again. Last year about November. I finally loaded my boat and fished from shor and did catch fish on frogs.
