Wife and I fished Saturday 6/30 from 7:30 am till 11:30. Son was going to join us but worked till 2 am and 4 am wake up didn't happen.

Started with buzz bait and wife with frogs. Nothing on frogs and short strikes on buzz.

She switch to weightless senko and I threw spinnerbaits and different baits.

She caught 3 to my one but catching on spinnerbait waking across the grass right under water was fun. Switched to senko later and caught more fish.

ended with around 40 brought to boat and culled 15. Lots of fish threw the baits at boat, very active and every one came out of water jumping.

She enjoyed catching lots of fish. and had biggest jump and throw hook, around 4#.

The wind was brutal, did more drifting and keeping boat in areas for her, but thats why we caught fish. Water is extremely clear and up to about a foot below dock. Grass is very thick but thats where fish were.

Fun day with wife on the water.
