All in all, time on the water= drive time, usually not the ideal percentage we like to have. We got on the water at 4:30, with storms popping up all around and even a little rain shower to cool down the 95 plus temp helped drop the pressure, exactly what we needed. Bite was on from the first few cast to dark. Netted about 25+, most in the 2.5 to 3.5 pound range with a few over 4lbs, broke off a couple larger ones. Plastic worms, craws, chatter baits all worked well. Finished off the evening with half a dozen on top water plugs all 2+ lbs.
