Partner and I booked a last minute trip to Triple J Ranch.  Fished 7AM - 1PM.  Water was murky.  Caught 4 bass and 1 large crappie in different areas of al least 6' or more of water depth. All bass over 14" with largest at 2.5lbs.  2 fish on silver/blue rattletrap, 1 on square bill craw crank and one on chartreuse spinner bait.  NOTHING on plastics - worms, flukes, creatures, senkos, etc., and nothing on topwaters.  Fish were very pale - there is no grass in the lake.
