Son and I fished Waterboo today (Friday).  Fished on and off from around 7AM to 2:30PM.  Got chased off the water by surprising and threatening storm about 11:30 - but thankfully we were on the very edge and it just missed us.  Lake is full, grass is healthy, water was super clear - visibility to 8ft at least.  This is a beautiful and remote property.  We had a lot of fun catching harvest fish on a variety of baits (Senkos, paddle-tail swimbait, jerkbait, md diving crankbait, chatterbait, beetle spin).  We landed 41 with 38 harvested.  The other 3 were between 14'' and 15''.  Also landed a large crappie and probably a dozen bluegill.  What a bunch of fun!  I am sure the harvesting will help for future quality of fish - in fact, I've never seen this, but out of the 39 fish cleaned - I didn't see a single sign of baitfish or crawfish or anything in their guts.
