Fingerling
Had a pretty good day today at Hill Country Ranch. Cloudy and some light rain in the morning, partly cloudy and breezy in the afternoon. High in the 80's.
This is a beautiful ranch and a beautiful lake. I caught 60-65 with about 40 culls. There were quite a few in the 1.5 to 2.5 lb range, and the largest was 2-7. They liked anything soft plastic, and most were in 4 to 6 feet. Caught a few on buzz early, but that bite wasn't killer.
I've been a PWF member now for going on 3 years, and it is so great to be able to fish these wonderful places. Kudos to Steve and crew for running this organization so well!
