Just a short and sweet post on Crocket…......................Mr. Steve A. - great job on adding this new property to the already list of awesome lakes available to the members. Also it was good to see everyone at the Dogwood East Member Fish Fry Event on Sunday. Miss Keri, Steve and Cole along with some of their family helping as well, did a wonderful job as always. Rocky thanks for hosting the event….........weather system had us all wondering if we were going to get this in and fortunately we did…........you have 2 incredible lakes and we always love fishing there knowing that a potential PB is lurking in those waters. 

Really excited about getting to fish this beautiful new Hickory Creek Ranch property, especially after seeing the post last week on the incredible numbers and size caught between the two lakes. My brother and I fished Friday April 20 - 1/2 a day on the front 32 acre lake and then 1/2 day on the back 5 acre lake. Total between both lakes of 105 fish. 29 of those 105 were culls and removed. 

Also we fished part of a half day on Saturday April 21st morning with 31 fish caught of which 27 of those were culls. All adding up to 136 fish with 56 culls for the trip. Very pleased with the numbers based on the cold weather system, wind, rain etc. that we just can't seem to get away from. Met Mr. Wade the owner and he was very pleasant and informative about the lakes. Super nice guy. PWF members are going to really love fishing this new location. We will be back for sure. Added a few photos of the nicer fish…............whopper ploppers, chatter baits, zoom z craws & cheetos (candy corn bass pro tournament series senko style bait) were the contributing culprits of success.
