Fry
Fished Timber Lake on Thursday, April 12th. Challenging day with 35 mph wind gusts but made the best of it. Caught 20 or so ranging in size from keepers to 4 lbs. Absolutely crushed brush hogs rigged weightless in the moss near the banks. Lot's of moss but had to be patient that one would eventually see if gliding through the moss. Caught some on spinnerbaits buzzing the floating coontail moss pockets on the windy points. Caught a few on white rogue minnows fished in the pockets between the moss and the timber. Stayed on the southwestern arm of the lake to limit the wind. Can wait to go back on a calmer day. Harvest 6 fish under 14".
