Went back on Saturday, March 31st and even though we had a slow start (mainly because of the wind) this is still our favorite spot.  We live in Brady so this is a short drive for us but if you haven't been here we would encourage you to at least try it once.  We caught 30 fish today and only took 3 fish home with us that were less than 16".  Most of the fish were over 3 1/2 lbs and all good fighters…just fun to catch.  My husband caught two 5lbs fish and one 6 pounder.
