Fished Bridle Oaks Ranch again today since it is closest lake to home. Fidgured fish would be deep or in cover because of the cold weather we have had. The lake has little structure and tons of water vegetation which is dying back some now. deepest water I have found is 15 feet. Outside temperature was 39 degrees this morning. Water temp was 49 degrees. started fishing in the deep water with a robo worm on a shakey head and caught one near the boat dock. went up the lake and caught two more on a TR senko. That was all for the morning. Took a break and went back out about noon. Found water 50 to 52 degrees by the dam and and action really picked up on a TR senko and a drop shot senko. Ended up with about 20 fish 1 to 3 pounds. Caught them in 6 feet of water and they fought hard and jumped often. Guess fish decide where they want to be. Best color was a green pumpkin red flake. Warmed up to 75 degrees.
