Had the opportunity to take my kayak fishing for a final time this year and I fished Tarpley on Dec 3rd in the morning. It was very foggy and I encountered several hard, quick down pours.

The other conditions:

clarity: 4-5 ft

water temp: 62

Tank is about 4-5 ft low

I managed to catch 13 with only 1 not culled. It was s solid 4#.

Most were caught on sexy shad crank or a green tomato rattletrap in 4-8ft. I missed several on a ribbit frog. I did see several groups on the bottom in 12-16 ft and tried football jig, wacky senko, and a shaky head, but got zero hits.

I left just before noon.
