Finally had a poor day of catching but a nice day of fishing.  First time to this site and it was very easy to locate.  The owner has part of the fence down an a load of rock sit near shore. Speculating he is going to put in a boat ramp. There are now two boats on location, the Jon boat and a v-hull. Both are in good condition.  The fishing was sloooow.  We only managed 5 for the day.  One on top water the others on a senko. The lake is in desperate need of some major rain, the burr oak near the launch area was crying to me for a drink of water. I guess after 16 years in the club I was due for a slow day.  I even thru a rattletrap and shallow running crankbaits which is not in character for me. The fish all look healthy and fat for their size. Harvested 1 small bass the others all around 2 to 3 pounds.  Let's hope we have a wet winter otherwise it will be a difficult summer.
