We fished on Saturday, Nov 4th and battled an unrelenting South wind for most of the day (had an hour or so of calm first thing in the morning). This is a good sized lake and pretty much exposed, so we actually had whitecaps during the afternoon. Nevertheless, we bounced around and had fairly steady action. Fished on and off from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM and landed 38. My guess is about 1/3 of them were dinks (a few the size of your hand), about 1/3 of them were in the 1lb to 1 3/4lb range, and about 1/3 of them were in the 2lb to 3lb 10oz range. To be honest we caught them all over the lake with no discerning pattern except that we did not have any action along the dam or in the deep off the dam. Even caught some in the far South end in 18'' of water. I'd say the most productive lures were shad imitators like a lipless crankbait, however a jig with trailer and a T-Rig worm also produced when worked rather quickly and hopped aggressively.
