This was my first trip as a member. This is a really nice property and lake. Didn't do as good as others have at this lake but none the less had a good time.
Caught a total of 16. Lost about 4 or 5. All were in the 1 to 3 lb range. Started out fishing around the edges of the pond. only caught 1 on a frog. Then started fishing the middle part of the lake where most fish were popping. Started at the bridge and just went up the center of the lake all the way back to the dam. Saw a few times where it looked like the fish were schooling and popping the surface for the bait fish. Caught 5 or 6 on a swim bait and then the rest on a rattle trap. I also tried a senko, a shallow to medium diving crank bait, a chatter bait, a popper, and a spinner bait. No luck with any of those Weather was sunny to partly cloudy with a slight breeze from the SSE. All in all was a good time and will definitely be coming back to this location. Especially since it is the closest to where I live.

Dennis. Welcome to PWF. I live in the San Antonio area and usually make a couple of trips to Post Oak each year. Probably one in Nov.
Did you see the deep channel about 20 yards from the dam that runs parallel to the dam? Good jigging area.
