Went to Beaver Monday afternoon and fished from 4pm to 8pm, my first afternoon trip of the summer. The tank was full and clear looks great. Grass covers 40 % with the grass about 8" below the surface.

I did not catch much in the shallow areas and mainly fished the middle,deeper sections. Caught 32 bass,12 bream and one crappie. Eight of the bass were over 14" and the rest were around 12". Most of my fish were on a 4" t rig black/chrt worm ,a 4" watermelon wacky and an olive woollybugger.. The largest two fish were 3 lbs each.With the wind it felt great until 7pm when the wind died and in spite of the setting sun it was hot.
