TIME:  6:30 am to 6:30pm (12 hours).

LAKE LEVEL/CLARITY: The clarity was considered stained, but plenty of visibility for fishing.

FISHING VESSELS: one by canoe, and one two-man pontoon boat.

FISH SIZE AND QUANTITY: 8 total fish between 3 fisherman:  1 fish- 4lbs, 1 -fish 3lbs, 4 - fish 1-2lbs, and 2 - fish <1lbs.

WHERE FISH WERE FOUND:  See attached photo for fish locations.

LURES USED:

Spinner baits and lipless crank baits were what they would hit of the mirage we threw at them.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE:

Overall, with about 8 fish caught between three anglers after fishing hard for 10-12 hours, a little disappointed in the fishing but it is July and it is HOT.  The best part of this lake is proximity to Austin and San Antonio.   We had good company, so the overall day was fun.

The owner came down to introduce himself to us and told us to come on back.  Great looking lake, but did not produce as expected.  We also saw a tom turkey that walked within 25 yards of us.
