A friend and I fished Thursday afternoon with light winds, lots of clouds to break up the sunshine and the weeds had died since last time I was here. Water clarity was good at 18 in. and the fishing started off good with the first fish going 5 lbs. We fished mostly from the dock to the dam with weighted and unweighted senkos in watermelon and black, wacky rigged got the most bites, and one on a spinnerbait. A storm was coming our way by 6pm and decided to stop. It was good timing as we finished up clearing out the boat the downpour began. A decent day of fishing with maybe 20 but no dinks.
