Wow; if you have not been to this property, you need to schedule a trip there.  I've taken 2 trips to Indian Hollow, and caught 70+ with a guest several months ago, and 80+ with my wife on Sunday 7/2.  It is definitely a hike to get there, but the reward is there.  Highly recommend this property.

We started fishing a little after 6 am under cloudy skies; water temps was 84 and climbed to just over 90 in the afternoon.  We had clouds with about a 10 mph south wind until about 11; then it got mostly sunny and hot until about 4:30 when the clouds of an approaching thunderstorm made it more comfortable.  We fished until about 7:00; i hated to leave but with a big thunderstorm coming i didn't want to try to get out of the area without knowing areas that might flood.  Lots of low areas that look like they might flood with a good rain.  NOTE:  looking at the radar, that area got a LOT of rain last night and this morning, and as of this morning was under a flash flood warning.  So, if you take my advice and want to go, you might wait a few days.

As i said earlier, we caught 80+ up to 4.5 pounds.  Most of the fish were "Lake Fork Specials".  They were right at 16" and weighed about 2.25 or so.  We did harvest 28.  We caught a few fish on the following:  buzzbait, white yellow magic, watermelon fluke, green pumpkin 10" worm, and a purple baby brush hog.  But, the big winner by far, was a Livington Pro Sizzle (spook type bait) in bone and clear.  They absolutely loved these 2 lures, and several times my wife and I both had fish on at the same time with them.  They hit them moving and they hit them just sitting still.  These lures have a transmitter in them, so maybe they were honing in on that.  It made for quite a day with all the explosions.  If you don't have one, go pick one up and give it a try.  It worked great on my last trip at Hidden Springs as well.

The owner came down about midday; he says there are plenty of 8+ pound fish in the lake.  But in 2 trips there I haven't seen one yet, but I have no doubt that they are there.  I honestly believe that if you used a smaller lure, that you and a partner could easily top a 100 a day.   Lots of brush in the water, and the same stringy weed that Hidden Springs has covers the shallows.  Beautiful property, and I can't wait to go back.
