Fished solo Thursday the 17th from noon to 4. Beautiful day with some cloud cover, consistent wind from the west put a pretty good chop on the water and made using the boat a challenge. I was optimistic and love this lake, but could not buy a bite! I had a couple of soft bites, and hooked one really nice fish on a red lizard (~6lbs?) but spit the bait on the first jump. I called it a day at 4pm.

Water level is good and visibility about 2 feet. Saw 2 or 3 nutria bedded down in the base of the tree in the water right by the outflow pipe of the dam. Tried to get a picture but they are hard to see in it so no reason to post. They weren't concerned with my proximity. I have never seen them here before.

Lastly, the boat has a pretty good leak. Took on 4-6 inches of water in the first hour and every hour after and needed to pull it up and drain from the plug every hour, so be careful with your battery in the submerged water.

Bradley. I fished their on Tuesday and there was no wind. Managed just 4 and thought it was due to lack of wind. Too little for my day and too much for yours.   Better luck next time.
