Two of us fished 10 10 Saturday Oct 1.  Even with dead calm conditions, the fishing was superb.  We caught 36. BassForecast rating on this day was 6.8 on a 10 scale, which is very good.  And, as always, we caught 2 to 3 times as many Bass during the BassForecast peak feeding times. Many between 2 and 4 pounds; largest was 4.7 pounds.  It would have been nice to have a little ripple on the water.  We spooked some real big fish that were already up shallow.  Love this place.  Every time I go, we catch quality fish….and, it keeps you on your toes to know that every one of these lakes has multiple 10+ pound bass.
