Wife and I got a later start than planned because of a dead car battery (so took the battery out of my car and brought along as a spare?!?). Fished from about 8AM to noon on JerMar. Only hit the larger lake this time. Used the provided v-hull aluminum boat. Outside temps were very nice with a pretty good breeze as well. As noted in previous reports, a good amount of the lake is pretty much covered in weeds - I knew this going in and expected it. So, presenting a lure and then actually landing bass out of the weed beds is a challenge. We actually did best on the outside of the weed line and even in the open water. Landed 10 (3 harvested and 7 between 2lbs and 2lbs 12oz) mostly on white spinnerbaits and shad swimbaits - lost about another 5 after hookups on a ribbit frog. Great time! Unfortunately have to take a PWF break - having bicep reattachment surgery…doesn't sound fun.

Mark, the most important thing after your surgery is Rehab, Rehab, Rehab! Had the same surgery on my Left side(dominant arm) and failed to rehab it correctly,
(got lazy) and have Never been the same since. I have about 60% range of motion in left shoulder, and about 50% strength. And its all my own fault for not doing
the proper rehab work. If only I'd known then what I know now! Good luck w/ your surgery & rehab, my friend!
Tight Lines to all!
