Member Mike Svoboda and I fished Rough Creek Lodge on Saturday afternoon, August 27 th.  It was a pretty decent day considering it is August in Texas.  A light southwest wind made it doable.  The water temp was 83 degrees which surprised us a bit and the lake level was down from earlier this year.  We caught 30 quality fish, with Mike catching a 9 pound beauty and I caught a very nice 6 pound.  Most of the fish were in the 3 to 4 pound range with only 3 dinks.  All the fish were caught in 3 to 12 feet of water  with crank baits.  All in all a great afternoon.
