First time to fish this property, but found I had a free day while down in the Hill country. Mostly cloudy and temps in the 80s, beautiful day to be on the water. Fished 8ish to about 1130, boated 10 with a few more breakoffs. Only two cullfish in the bunch, all the rest pretty fish between 2 and 4 pounds and really strong. Only had 1 topwater hit, but it was a beautiful blow up on a spro frog. All the rest were caught on C-rigged watermelon seed Senkos dipped in Spike-it with a 12" leader. Gave red Rattletraps a brief try but nothing. Almost all fish caught at the edges of weed lines.

Property is beautiful, wildlife everywhere.
