Fingerling
My son and I fished from 6AM-10. Water quality was good, water was as high as I have ever seen - Water was a few feet up on the spillway, no problem launching a boat. Roads were fine as well. Water temp was 83 degrees.
We caught about 8 bass, culled one. My son missed quite a few on frogs early. Switched him to buzzbaits and he started landing them. Wacky worms also produced.
West bank - didn't catch anything, east bank held the fish. Fun day. We didn't fish any of the smaller ponds - The grass looked high and I only had flip flops and didn't want to run into any snakes! The ponds by the entrance were full as well.
