Fry
Fished with a guest and my 9 year old Sunday. Great pleasant weather and light winds. Lake is full but much more grass and moss than I have ever seen there. Did not spend much time on timber or the trees tried a short bit but no luck there. The moss and grass was very far off the shore and limited choices to weightless and a little top water was tried with a a few blow ups and one land. But overall all 15-16 fish, most 2lbs, largest around 3.5 were caught on weightless flukes, blue black best success. Best part of day was spending time and seeing my 9 year old boy command his own Kayak, use a bait caster, get almost all of his own back lashes out by himself, and land 3-4 on weightless soft plastics (he has done a few of these before but not all at once :)). He is much more accomplished bass man than I was at 9. Pics attached.

Jayson - awesome thing you are doing getting your son into fishing/outdoors at such a young age! Not just fishing, but being responsible for so much of his own outing.
