Fished Kickapoo this Friday afternoon. High blue sky, east wind and the cows were laying down but hit the water anyway. Nothing on cranks, chatter baits, or plastic. Caught all my fish in weedy 4ft. water on a small spinner bait from the bank out to a 5ft of depth. Just fan casting for @ three hours and boated 23 with four at about 2 to 2 1/2. As I began my report I saw that Paul had worn them out yesterday and good on him. I had a more workman like day but caught fish and didn't have to listen the any political you know what. Always good to be on the water with a fish on the line.
