All day trip of four. We caught about 70 bass….culled 27, most in the 12-14 inch range….lots 2lb range, 4-6 in 3-4lb range, largest 5lb. Best bait red salamander with 3/8 oc. weight. Early success between weed beds and bank….some top water action on Ribbits & torpeodo,s. The newly installed brush piles really produced…caught 2-3 at each. Sinking plastics in deeper water from pier to shallow end produced the bigger fish. Fishing outside of the brush lines in the pm worked best. Beautiful lake and is in great shape….just have to deal with some black gunk/green slime when fishing along banks. Overall a blast.
