Superb sight fishing at Dogwood.  We saw several of the 8 to 10 pound fish that Jackson Bean caught last summer….Unfortunately, could not get them to bite.  It was 2/21 full moon, tail end of warm spell.  The males were starting to make beds and the big females were cruising around the creek channel.  Could not get them to bite.  Please…any suggestions.  Jackson??  

Anyway, I did manage to catch 12 the largest of which weighed around 3 pounds…culled 6 little guys.  They are really excellent eating from clean water.  Rocky does an awesome job with his lakes and boats.  Always an excellent experience.  I have been there 2x now and Rocky has come to speak with me both times.  He really cares that guests have an excellent experience….And, even though I did not catch a big one this trip.  I will go back and did have a avery nice outing.
